Accounts that do not complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have deposits and withdrawals suspended pending completion.
All financial transactions on the jlj7 Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jlj7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. Bonuses are credited to a promotional balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting jlj7 support via live chat or email. Upon account closure, any verified balance — net of outstanding bonus wagering obligations and any amounts subject to pending investigation — will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within the processing timeframe applicable to that method.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes regarding the validity, interpretation, or enforceability of any provision — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, with PAGCOR's regulatory dispute resolution process available as a first-recourse mechanism for gaming-related complaints.
